Moonlight

I received a call notifying me of a problem with my order so that I could rectify it. I also received several emails and texts keeping me updated and informed. I’ll be using FlowerChimp again!

ease of purchase, reliability and quality of product.

Communication was excellent and Flower Chimp had striven to deliver a quality service by taking the time and care to understand the occasion, proactively made recommendations in the event of a product being unavailable and ensured that delivery was made on time - and all the while being an overseas customer. I am very impressed with the service.

Excellent flower quality. To chat with CS, I think it would be much better if we can use whatsapp too.

Effective logistic. Can narrow down the timeslot to be more specific if possible (e.g. 1 pm - 3 pm and 3 pm - 6 pm). Overall excellent esp. the bouquet.
